It is a tragedy to report this, but report it I must: Kristoff St. John, an actor from the soap opera “The Young & The Restless,” has passed away at the age of 52 from what many are saying is an overdose of alcohol.
Being a person who has had family members literally drink themselves or take drugs to death, this is a topic, and a news report, that hits home.
We don’t know who is quietly killing themselves.
Who is living a life of quiet desperation, crying out in their pain for anything—or anyone—to stop it.
Celebrity or not, Kristoff St. John was just a man. Now, he has left his two precious daughters, Paris and Lola, behind, to grieve, mourn, and ask themselves what they could have done.
So many celebrities aren’t reaching out, because they don’t know who they can trust. Readers, we MUST pray for those who are in the spotlight. They are just people, and at many times, they are people who are deeply hurting.
Rest in Peace, Kristoff. May we pray over those he has left behind.
Do you know Jesus?
So many people are suffering, with seemingly no way out and no one who truly gets what they’re going through. But the truth of the matter is, Jesus does. Learn more about Jesus and what He has done for you, here.
