As I hear more and more about what is happening in Afghanistan, I realize how powerful and needed prayer truly is. James 5 says, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”

Please pray with me over the men, women, and children in Afghanistan right now.
“Dear Jesus, we thank You that even now, You are in control. We pray over the frightened and concerned men, women, and children stuck in Afghanistan… please bring them to know You and give them comfort, strength, wisdom, and protection to get through this time. Please keep them on our minds, hearts, and in our prayers.
In Your Name we pray, amen.”
May we keep bringing these people before Jesus. It is the most powerful thing we can do for these people.
