The Chibok Girls Are Never Truly Forgotten

My heart is heavy tonight.

Why? Because last Thursday marked the 8th anniversary of the Chibok girls’ abduction, and it was completely off my radar.

I am not going to berate myself with guilt. But I promised I would never forget them… and I did.

Yet, the encouraging truth comes through: while I, and others, have forgotten at points, Jesus never has.

He is closely involved with their lives. He Loves and is passionate about them.

I am no Jesus… and I thank Him every day for His grace and forgiveness.

Please pray with me today for the Chibok girls, as we go through another year, all with the hope that Jesus brings those in captivity freedom.

May they never be truly forgotten.

With Love, in Christ,

Annalee, ISAIAH 62 PRAYER MINISTRY
