Today is International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. Please pray with me for those all over the world, but especially in Northern Nigeria.
Nigeria was called the Worst in the World for Persecution of Christians in 2021 (source). It is clear that these people not only need our practical help, but even more so our fervent prayers.
Matthew 18:19 says that wherever two or more people are in agreement over something in prayer, it will be done for them by their Father in heaven. In light of this, please agree in prayer with me now.
“Father God,
Thank You for each person we are praying over today. We ask that You would protect them, save them from destruction, and show them when to fight and when to leave.
Please protect the Church in Nigeria especially, Father. May Your Children be used for Your Glory, and be given boldness to spread Your Gospel.
In Jesus’ Name we pray this and agree in it. Amen.”
